Newman High School Films

The folders linked below will open in Google Drive. You can access all of these films with your web browser or you may download them to your computer to play with your media player.

The videos are preserved in .MOV and .MP4 formats with the silent films in Apple's .MOV (Quicktime) format and the later VHS conversions in .MP4 (MPEG-4) format. Your web browser can probably play either format just fine. Windows Media Player can also play either format.

The audio recordings are available in small-sized (compressed) .MP3 format and large-sized (uncompressed) .WAV format. Either one should sound fine but .WAV files are much, much larger than .MP3 files. Your web browser or Windows Media Player should be able to handle either format.
